I primarily work with women who struggle with anxiety in any capacity. I’ve found that depression is usually present as well. Some women I’ve seen have panic attacks and complete terror, others find themselves chronically frozen, unable to live the life they long to lead. Some may have an OCD diagnosis, PTSD, and/or ADHD. Some are having crises of faith.

In our sessions, we work through the symptoms the individual is struggling with presently. We process through the difficulties of today, as well as explore and process the past - uncovering the roots of difficulty, pain, and trauma.
